Hello! My name is Bill Woods and I’ve been a type 1 diabetic for over 20 years, diagnosed at the age of eight years old.

I don’t think I took the easy diabetes path, you know the one with amazing accuracy counting carbs, unsurpassed timing on injections and finger sticks, and A1Cs that pleased everyone. But I’ve learned from my mistakes and would like to share the gems I found along the way.
