1. I supervise the technicians in what their daily task and how they are doing and working on the mechanical difficulties

2. I have been in-charge on all the orders regarding the spare parts from our suppliers. And making sure that all orders arrives here with 100% accuracy.

3. Whatever the workshop needs, like special tools and other inquiries, I make sure to provide them with it.

4. Handling all Customer inquiries and complaints.

5. Making sure that we can have a good sale and convincing all customers that our Company is one of the best.

6. Assisting our parts guy with all his tasks and make sure that all of them including the technicians are complying with Company rules and procedures.

7. Connecting whatever Wakra workshop and showroom what they need and to kindly provide them as much as I can.

8. Also making sure that in behalf of our Company, I extend my efforts in making sure of customer satisfactions.

9. Preparing and handling all the needed procedures for the racing bikes concerning the endurance at Lusail International circuit.

10. Provide the customers with the latest and suitable accessories with the most high performance for their bikes, ATV, UV and Jet-ski.
