            Millenium Property and Resources Ventures Incorporated (MPRVI) wasorganized under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines on January 16, 2007and was registered/approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 4,2007. Its predecessor, the Magnificent Ventures Inc was organized on March2006. It is now holding its office at Unit G, 3rd Floor, Amber Place,#19 Bayani Road, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.

            Itspurpose is to own, use, improve, develop, subdivide, sell, exchange, lease andhold for investment or otherwise, real estate of all kinds, includingbuildings, houses, apartments and other structures.

            Itis an independent real estate brokerage company (REBL No. C- 1555(N)-08) and isaccredited by the Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation at Global City tomarket prime commercial lots at Fort Bonifacio. MPRVI (its acronym) is also amember of the Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines (REBAP),Global City Chapter, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
