I offer cooking consultation for people with food sensitivities and allergies and wheat-, dairy-, and sugar-free recipe books. I hope too ffer some cooking classes soon at Eden's Organic Farm in BalchSprings, TX. I also post free recipes on the website and plan to make it into a resource where people with dietary restrictions can learn about how to cook food they enjoy that is good for them, how to rotate their foods, and where they can go for assistance with their diets.
