I was born in Iowa.  When I was 8 years old my parents moved to northern Minnesota where I learned to live off the land.  Now I'm a 62 year old man that has been writing since I was 8 years old, mostly wrote everyday events, but I kept everything I wrote.  I have 5 completed 90,000 word novels finished and another 5 about half done.

When I started to get serious about writing I thought I should write a series, but after 2 novels I said they should work in a series or stand alone, so I moved on to writing novels that could sand alone, but now I'm thinking it's time to write another book for my series.

I never intended to let anyone read what I wrote, I always had this feeling I didn't go to college so how could I be a writer.  So writing for myself was just fine with me.  Then at 60 family started to read what I wrote and encouraged me to submit them to a publisher.  Well after several submissions I guess I don't write a very good query letter because no one ever asked to read one of my manuscripts.

Then I found Jason Matthews that wrote a book on ebooks and building web sites.  I have owned 2 web sites for 2 years but to this day they still say "Under Construction"  So hopefully with his books I will get a site up and be able to display my books as ebooks.
